Benefit from living in one of our beautiful Independent Living Apartments. Retirement living in the apartments offers residents independent living with 24 hour supportive care if needed. The Apartments are licensed as Assisted Living by the Department of Social Services There are 31 two bedrooms, 12 one bedroom apartments and 2 studio apartments all ranging from 1,540-960 square feet. 
        Each comes equipped with full kitchens, dining room/ living room, washer and dryer, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, central heating and air condition units. They also are fully equipped with safety equipment such as smoke detectors and an emergency signal system in each main room as well as a personal pendent that is tied to a central area manned 24 hours a day. 
        Residents will also have private secure parking, as well as handicap and visitor parking in the basement with an elevator for their convenience. The basement also has additional storage for each resident in front of their assigned parking spaces. Additional services that are available for a small fee include meals, housekeeping, medication passes, personal care, and limited medical care. (Outside medical care is permitted in the Apartments)
